BPA is currently accepting resumes for the following positions: 

Middle/High School ELA & History Teacher 2025-2026 (Full-Time)

 

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic ELA and History teacher for our middle and high school levels. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore literature while accommodating their diverse learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students with learning differences.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and critical thinking.
  • Assess student progress and provide personalized feedback to support growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance student learning.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, History or a related field.
  • Valid teaching certificate for middle/high school ELA or History.
  • Experience working with students with learning differences is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to student success and inclusivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Administrative Coordinator - Immediate Start (Full-Time or Part-Time)

 

Bridge Preparatory Academy is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to provide essential administrative and organizational support. This role reports directly to the Head of School and plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Answer phone calls and assist parents and prospective families with inquiries.
  • Maintain and order staff and teacher supplies in the workroom.
  • Maintain school, student, and staff records.
  • Monitor and respond to school emails and online inquiries.
  • Handle written communication between parents, and prospective parents.
  • Support the admissions process and manage prospective parent information, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective families.
  • Manage and maintain our school platform, FACTS Management.
  • Assist in organizing school events and coordinating with vendors.
  • Provide administrative support to Head of School (e.g., manage Head of School's calendar, draft communication on behalf of Head of School, etc.).
  • Support other administrative staff with various administrative tasks.
  • Make social media posts on school's platforms.
     

Qualifications:

  • Alignment with school's Christian Biblical Worldview.
  • Strong co​mmunication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in email and record management.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
